Finally, Microsoft withdrew its offer for Yahoo. It’s good news for Google?.

Microsoft withdrew its offer for Yahoo Inc on Saturday as negotiations fell through on price, even after the software giant raised its bid by about $5 billion to $47.5 billion. Microsoft Chief Executive Steve Ballmer said his company increased its offer to $33 per share, from the $31 per share cash-and-stock bid that it initially made on January 31; however, Yahoo was looking for something more along the lines of $37 a share.

Operasi OpenDNS ini mudah saja, apa yang perlu kita hanya perlu tukar saja IP DNS yang sediaada pada konfigurasi Internet Properties(PC)/Router/Firewall, mana yang sesuai dengan rangkaian anda dimana kebiasanya kalau yang menggunakan servis daripada TM akan guna IP DNS :202.188.0.133/202.188.1.5 digantikan dengan IP OpenDNS : 208.67.222.222/208.67.220.220.

Another very useful services from Google. Currently, i’m used that Google Apps services to hosted organization internal mail services. I’m used Google Apps under Education version.It’s free.It’s comes bundles with email,pages,gtalk,docs and iGoogle (start). Suitable for large or small scale organizations.

In my case, I’m used education version, because to handle more than 10,000 user id for email services, for every account the minimum storage that provided is 5GB storage. The email interface is look like normal Gmail interface, but you can change the logo for suite with your organization.As you know or you feel the Gmail interface, it’s very light and powerfull to control SPAM mail. Now, for me no more ‘headache’ to manage a storage or SPAM for internal mail.I’m only concern for DNS server only to make everything running smoothly. Everything, Google Apps do it for me.

Simple to setup, just point back your DNS server to google address.

Despite Google’s corporate commitment to going green with their solar panels and carbon neutrality, it turns out their all-white search engine isn’t the most energy efficient. In response to this, Heap Media, an Australian global online services company, launched Blackle – the black Google – as a more energy-efficient version of the white-colored Google that we all know and love.
